Build Anywhere in the World
FIVEo1 is a California-founded global development and technology initiative focused on connecting construction, infrastructure, technology, and international development opportunities across markets.
Led by Evan Winter, FIVEo1 is designed to operate internationally and pursue development opportunities wherever strong partnerships, resources, technology, and practical infrastructure solutions can be brought together.
Our professional network and industry-development interests include relationships and associations involving major construction-material and technology organizations, including Omega Products International, CEMEX Mexico, Argos Colombia, and Xerox-related technology and development connections.
CEMEX announced its acquisition of Omega Products International in 2026, establishing a direct corporate connection between these two organizations. CEMEX Mexico provides cement, concrete, aggregates, additives, and other construction solutions. Argos is a major producer of cement and concrete in Colombia and operates across the Americas.
FIVEo1's objective is to develop practical, scalable projects that can combine construction materials, infrastructure, technology, geospatial intelligence, communications, and international development.
Core Vision
Build anywhere in the world.
FIVEo1 seeks opportunities to identify, develop, connect, and implement projects without limiting its operating scope to a single geographic market. The organization is particularly interested in projects where established industrial capabilities can be combined with emerging technologies and locally appropriate development strategies.
